fear of the unknown
Two things I did over the weekend that had nothing to do with the 49ers:
1) I watched David Cronenberg’s new film A Dangerous Method, starring Keira Knightley and Viggo Mortenson.
2) I started reading Irvin Yalom’s Lying on the Couch.
Both had to do with the field of psychotherapy. Both taught me a lesson about ethics in the therapy room. Both scared the shit out of me.
I’m starting to wonder if I’m ready for all of this.
